Weekly Lawn Mowing
Mowing of the lawn approx. 26 weeks per year
Weed whacking of areas that cannot be mowed
Blowing off of driveway, walkways, decks, patios, etc.
Spring Cleanup
Blowing off the lawn and landscape beds of leaves, debris, dead plant material, sticks, branches, etc.
Fall Cleanup
Includes three visits of leaf removal from the lawn and landscape beds
Sticks, branches, debris will all be cleared
Ornamental grasses, Hostas, Liriope, etc. will all be cut back
Mulch Refreshment
Installation of fresh mulch of your choice
Mulch will be installed approx. 1-2"
A pre-emergent will be put down prior to mulch being installed to help suppress weeds
Landscape beds that are adjacent to the lawn will be edged to create a clean and definitive edge between the lawn and mulch
Weeds will be pulled prior to mulch being installed
Fertilizer & Weed Control
Our 5-Step lawn application program to feed your lawn with essential nutrients and preventing weeds.
Each application is approx. 6-8 weeks apart

Monthly maintenance of landscape beds by pulling any weeds that are present and spraying landscape beds with pre-emergent along with keeping weeds suppressed with a post-emergent
Annual Installation
Installation of annuals for Summer and Fall season to provide a beautiful pop of color
Removal of annuals once the season has past
Snow & Ice Management
Management of sidewalks, walkways, steps, and driveways during the winter for snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Service includes plowing, shoveling, and salting
